1. What is Sawamani Prasad?
Sawamani Prasad is a traditional offering made in temples, typically involving food prepared in large quantities (usually around 40 kg) as a devotional act. It’s offered to deities to express gratitude, fulfill vows (mannats), or seek blessings.
2. How does this service work?
You choose the temple and the type of offering, share your intent or mannat (if any), and we take care of the rest—from preparing the Savamani, offering it at the temple, and delivering the sanctified prasad to your doorstep or to anyone you wish.
3. Can I avail this service if I’m living outside India?
Yes, absolutely! While we currently deliver physical prasad within India, NRIs and overseas devotees can still book offerings on behalf of themselves or their family. You can have the prasad delivered to relatives or friends in India, or offered in your name at the temple.
4. What temples are currently part of the network?
We’re currently partnered with 14 prominent temples in Rajasthan, with plans to expand across India soon. The full list of participating temples is available on our website.
5. Is the prasad hygienically prepared and safely packed?
Yes. Cleanliness and sanctity are our top priorities. Prasad is prepared under hygienic conditions following traditional rituals, then securely packed to ensure freshness and purity upon delivery.
6. What kinds of prasad can I order?
Each temple offers different types of prasad such as churma, dalbaati, laddoos, kheer, and more. You’ll find detailed options listed for each temple during the booking process.
7. Can I fulfill a mannat or special prayer through this service?
Yes! You can submit your specific prayer, vow (mannat), or intention at the time of ordering. We ensure your offering is made in your name, and in the spirit of your devotion.
8. Can I send prasad to family or friends?
Definitely. You can send prasad to any address within India—whether it’s for a birthday, celebration, recovery from illness, or as a gesture of blessings.
9. Is there a way to confirm that my offering has been made?
Yes. After your Savamani is offered, you will receive a confirmation update (and in some cases, a photo/video depending on temple permissions). This ensures full transparency and peace of mind
10. What is your “Giving Back” initiative?
We donate 1% of every order’s value to orphanages or underprivileged children as part of our social responsibility. Contributions are made quarterly, and donation receipts are shared with customers for transparency.
11. How can I track my order or delivery?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or message. Delivery tracking details will be shared as soon as the prasad is dispatched.
12. Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?
Currently, we accept online payments only to maintain order flow, transparency, and smooth processing. More payment options will be added soon.
13. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Cancellations or modifications must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled offering. Once the offering is prepared or made, cancellations are not possible.
